Token Wallet Policy

This Token Wallet Policy explains how promotional wallet coins work on the Zylphon Internship platform. By receiving, holding, or using wallet coins, users agree to the rules described below.

  1. Nature of Wallet Coins

    • Wallet coins are promotional platform credits only.

    • Wallet coins are not cash, are not bank deposits, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

  2. Wallet Credits

    • Wallet credits are issued under the terms of the active referral or promotional offer.

    • Purchasing a course or internship does not automatically generate percentage payback.

  3. Where Coins Can Be Used

    • Wallet coins can only be used on courses or services that are specifically enabled by the platform.

    • If a course is not marked as wallet-enabled, wallet coins cannot be applied to that checkout.

  4. Per-Course Usage Limit

    • Each eligible course may have its own wallet usage percentage configured by the platform.

    • In all cases, wallet usage cannot exceed 40% of the eligible course price for a single checkout.

  5. Automatic Expiry

    • Wallet coins automatically expire 7 days after they are issued unless used earlier.

    • Expired promotional coins are not automatically reactivated and cannot be claimed as cash.

  6. Wallet History

    • The platform keeps a lifetime history of wallet activity for account visibility and audit purposes.

    • Users may see earned, used, expired, or reversed wallet records in their dashboard even after the usable balance changes.

  7. Taxes and Pricing

    • Course prices shown on the platform are GST-inclusive unless clearly stated otherwise.

    • Wallet coins are promotional benefits and do not create a separate refundable tax credit.

  8. Fraud Prevention and Corrections

    • The company may suspend, reverse, or remove wallet coins issued due to fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, refunds, chargebacks, or technical error.

    • Any misuse of wallet benefits may lead to account restrictions or permanent suspension.

  9. Changes to the Program

    • Zylphon Internship Private Limited may update, pause, or discontinue the wallet program at any time.

    • Any updated policy will apply from the date published on this page.
