4. Payment Gateway Charges

   • Any charges applied by payment gateways, banks, or transaction service providers are non-refundable.

5. Duplicate Payment

   • In rare cases where a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, the company may review the transaction and may either:

   • Adjust the amount in the user's wallet, or apply the amount toward another service or program. Direct refunds may not be processed.

6. Cancellation Policy

   • Once a course or internship has been purchased, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Non-Usage of Services

9. Fraudulent Refund Requests

   • Any attempt to initiate fraudulent refund claims, chargebacks, or payment disputes may result in:

   • Suspension of the user account, Cancellation of certificates or services, Permanent restriction from platform access, Legal action if necessary
